The Most Positive Thing That Happened In This Course This Week
My Wiki Group was the most positive thing that happened to me this week in this course. My group has learned to work to gather really well. We are communicating very well and more than I have with any other group I have ever been assigned to. We try to help each other out when we can and we all do an equal amount of work for our wiki page. I have learned better communication skills from this group. I am usually shy and this group has helped me not to be shy. This experience has been positive because most of the groups I am in, do not do equal work and this shows me that the work can be split up and that working in groups can be fun.

ReplyDeleteI think communication is important when you are working on a group project. When you have good communication within your group you learn from each other, you know each members strengths and weaknesses in the area you are working on and you can decide as a group as to which areas you are each going to work on to complete the project. I think when you are doing a "sink" or "swim" project communication is needed for the group’s success. When you have group success you are more likely to embrace a group project later in a positive way.
